The building was completed in 2010 by architect Zaha Hadid (1950–2016). Sadly, there is no freedom of panorama in Italy. The copyright terms of Italy lasted for 70 years, and the images can be undeleted in 2087.

No FoP in Italy. The "dead architects" exception as claimed by Italian parliament pronouncement is already deprecated. Artist Zaha Hadid died in 2016
