- Keep I don't think that photos by the UK Department for International Development that were taken in the context of a UNICEF program can really be considered "personal" photos, even if they are "just" a portrait of a person. We also don't seem to have a Category:Young men of South Africa like we have for other countries. This photo would fit in that category. So, we really don't have nearly enough photos of young South African men to go around Commons and delete them as "personal photos". That deletion rationale would probably rather work for photos in Category:Young men of the United States, because we likely have plenty photos there, and therefore can afford to be picky about what we want to keep and what can be deleted because it's not distinct enough from all the other photos in that category.
