The artist, Hans Beat Wieland, died in 1945, see e.g. SIKART, less than 70 years ago. The poster is therefore still copyrighted in Switzerland. Wieland was a Swiss painter, living in Switzerland at the time of the poster's creation, so the country of origin in this case is Switzerland, but it would also be copyrighted in Germany, where Wieland also lived some time. P.S. Switzerland used to have a copyright term of only 50 years p.m.a., but this applies only to creators deceased not later than 1942. Gestumblindi (talk) 19:18, 15 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
