According to FlamingText.com, graphics generated with their tool cannot be sold, so they cannot be freely licensed. Although the typeface part is ineligible, the graphical elements or flame animations are copyrightable. –Tryphon ^☂ 13:49, 1 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Delete I agree with Pieter, that there is nothing here subject to copyright. However, it is clear that our uploader has violated his/her license to use the software, therefore we have two questions:

Do we delete to protect the uploader from possible legal action by flamingtext?
Should we, as a law abiding organization, enforce flamingtext's contract rather than aid our uploader in violating it?
