License PD-AR-Photo states: " date and source of any publication prior to 20 year old must be indicated so anyone can check it". This is not done. I am not sure, that the photo was published more than 20 years ago. Taivo (talk) 08:53, 2 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Keep The date and original publisher are both there. The date of the event depicted in the photo (the detention of Puccio) is well known, the press talked about it in its day. What info is missing? Cambalachero (talk) 12:33, 2 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Publication data is missing. Date of photographing is clear, but was the photo published at all before uploading into Commons? Where and when? You say: "The date and original publisher are both there". Where there? Taivo (talk) 20:21, 2 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Clarín is a newspaper, not a random web site. It is also a newspaper that was in business when the events of the photo took place. This photo was taken from a gallery of Clarín's old photos, and there is no disclaimer saying that they are unpublished photos. Cambalachero (talk) 18:02, 5 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: The abuse argument is merely a non sequitur. Becausere there was no diclaimer they must have been published isn't logical. Evidence that the file was published is missing. Natuur12 (talk) 17:32, 22 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
