English: Ashprington is a village and civil parish in the South Hams district of Devon, England. According to the 2001 census the parish had a population of 428. The village is not far from the River Dart, and is about three miles south of Totnes.

Latina: Aisbertone nomen vici vulgo Ashprington appellati in libro de Wintonia est. Vicus in Devonia vel „Devenescire“ meridionali iacet. Censu anni 2001 habebat 428 incolas. Censu anni 1086 habebat 5 servos et 7 villanos (vide infra), in toto ergo 11 incolas.
