Japanese Noren - Origami - 麻暖簾 - 折紙
Genuine Japanese noren made from "asa" (hemp textile), handcrafted in Uji, Kyoto prefecture. The noren is an iconic object of Japanese aesthetics and will offer any type of architecture a touch of wabi-sabi, favorable to relaxation. Both sides of the noren are carefully dyed using the "yuzen" traditional coloring technique. Paradowski Studio on Instagram: "“The small bistro consists of two rooms - coherent, but with a slightly different character. The first room is dominated by a strong, brutalist bar topped with meandering shelves. We were inspired by one of the works of our beloved Polish artist Maria Jarema, titled “Rytm VII” - says @zuza.paradowska . Next to the bar, the second strong element, distinguished by its intense colour, is a green cabinet, the massive form of which the designers placed in the passage between the two rooms of the bistro.
