One of my favorite ways to enjoy it is in these colorful beef bulgogi rice bowls and plenty of delicious sriracha mayo drizzled over the top! This dinner recipe is made with Trader Joe's ingredients and perfect for an Trader Joe's easy meal! Crunchy veggies, sweet beef bulgogi and creamy sriracha mayo all come together for a delicious meal ready in 15 minutes!

Ingredients Ciabatta rolls Garlic spread Marinara sauce Fresh mozzarella Breaded chicken Parsley for garnish (optional) Preheat the oven to 425. In a baking dish, add the breaded chicken (I do 2 pieces per sandwich). Top each breaded chicken with 1-2 tablespoons of marinara sauce, and slice of mozzarella cheese and place it in the oven for 25 min. When there’s 2-3 minutes left, add sliced ciabatta rolls to the oven to toast them. Spread a layer of garlic spread to the inside of the warm ciabatta rolls, then add the chicken, and serve the sandwiches and enjoy! #traderjoes5ite
