Living Walls

Living walls are a series of plants are rooted in fibrous material and anchored to a wall. Water trickles down between the sheets and feeds moss, vines and other plants. This technique is similar to the increasingly popular green roof. When well done, they become art installations that not only purify air and cool the wall, they also make concrete jungles more aesthetically pleasing. Check out these great examples...
