I wanted to make a ghost in a jar that floats for real! So I came up with a way to do it using magnets. It’s super fun to make, and the result are so magical!

Materials needed:

👻 Hot glue and strong adhesive
👻 Plastic jar with a lid
👻 Black paint and a paintbrush
👻 Strong eyebolt magnet
👻 Foam egg or ball
👻 Small magnet
👻 Invisible fishing wire
👻Cheesecloth
👻 Cardboard or a lollipop stick
👻 Spooky decorations (like mini spiders)

Instructions:

1. Paint the top and base of a clear plastic jar black.

2. Paint the eyebolt magnet black and let it dry.

3. Cut a hole in the foam egg or ball big enough to fit the small magnet inside.

4. Drill a hole through the foam egg and widen it using a long, thin object.
