Sunflower table runner

This fun sunflower runner comes from a Disa Designs book called My Runners. It was so fun and quick to make. This runner will be one of three runners that I made for my sister who has a new kitchen with a new farm table. A great late summer/fall runner. Look closely.....Continuous leaves in the border. Improv free motion quilting, my fav, on the interior part of the runner.

Here we go again, another week gone by fast and I am trying to remember what all I did, LOL I better go look at the calendar. I have been writing done each day I finish something. Our wedding was up in Banner Elk, North Carolina. It's in the Smoky Mountains, more like the High Country. So I stuck with that theme. The bouquets were one of my favorite things.
