I've been meaning to do this post for like forever! But of course, time got away from me. I totally agree with this statement! Like most OCD teachers, I feel so much better if my classroom is neat, organized, clutter-free, and of course cute. I mean, as teachers we definitely spend more waking hours in our classroom than we do at home. So it might as well look and feel the way you want. At the end of every school year, we have to pack everything up and get it off the floor so that our floors…

Hi everyone! Today I’m going to show you a fun DIY that could have tons of uses–glass rock magnets! Here’s what you will need: Large glass rocks from the Dollar Tree Photos of your students printed out Mod Podge (I used Elmer’s for my tester and it worked great! But I trust and love Mod Podge!) I am soooo excited to share what I have been working on for the last several days! I just posted this product on TpT for $3.50! The pictures can either go above the caddies or on the front like this next picture. I used large paperclips to hold the pictures on the front of the caddies. Dollar Tree currently has this size of caddie for $1. This system is what I have been using for student lunch choices for several years. However, it was just recently that I decided to create a packet with…

I am finally back in my classroom! This means I actually have Monday Made it's for you! :) I am so excited because this is a new school so I get to start over FRESHHHH! I have so many task cards I don't know what to do with them. I'm going to be honest and just say last year I kept them in a giant tub then attempted to sift through them before I taught that content. In order to see what I have at a glance, I created these Task Card Organizing Labels. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how bright they are…

Happy Wednesday to you my friends! Today I'm talking about morning routines. Like it or not, back-to-school is just around the corner- some of my friends are already back in session this week! I start to get that back-to-school jones around the first week of August. There really is nothing like a new year, a clean and organized classroom and a fresh group of kiddos who have no routines in place! So how do you set the tone for success when you are still developing routines in September?…
