Everyone has a black carry on bag, right? After our last commuter flight, when all carry on luggage had to be stowed in the front of the plain and there was a mass of black bags to sort out, I decided to make mine easier to spot. I cut a stencil from freezer wrap and ironed it to my bag. Because of the texture of the bag, I traced the outline with a white pencil, peeled off the stencil, then filled in with acrylic paint. I used 2 coats to completely cover since I was painting over black.
