Ingredients: * 6-8 oz sushi grade salmon. * 1 carrot (cut into very thin matchsticks). * 1/4 cup tamari. * 3 scallions (chopped but set aside the green part for topping). * 1 tbsp salsa macha or chili crisp. * 1 serrano (thinly sliced). * 1 large lemon. * 1 tbsp agave syrup. * 1 tbsp mirin. * 1 tbsp rice vinegar. * 1 tsp sesame oil. * 1 tsp freshly grated ginger. Directions: 1. Fry the carrots in olive oil until lightly golden and set over paper towels to remove excess oil. 2. Flakes, crispy, delicious, and most importantly so easy to make 😁 Recipe: - 2 cups ap flour - 1 tsp salt (optional) - 2/3 cup warm water Filling: - 3 scallions, chopped - 2 tbsp flour - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp five spice - 2 tsp sesame oil - dash of white pepper - 1/4 cup hot neutral oil Mix dough ingredients together. Form a smooth dough bowl, cover and let rest for 30 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the filling by adding ingredients except hot oil in bowl. Make sure oil is really hot then add to the scallions. Normally butchers cut the meat the same day they sell it. Place it in the freezer for 15-30 minutes before cutting it along with the knife. Make sure you use a very clean knife, board and HANDS when handling the raw beef. Cut the beef until the very end, right before serving and add some olive oil, salt and pepper to it. If you are using ribeye make sure you trim the excess fat (you can make chicharrones with it).
