Release information
This card was included in the XY expansion, first released in the Japanese Yveltal Half Deck. An exclusive Cracked Ice Holofoil print was included in the Destruction Rush Theme Deck. It was reprinted as a Cosmos Holofoil XY Black Star Promo with new artwork by 5ban Graphics, included in the Yveltal Figure Collection and the Yveltal Jumbo Collection, both released on February 19, 2014. A Jumbo promotional reprint of this XY Promotional print was also included in the Yveltal Jumbo Collection. In Japan, the Yveltal Half Deck print was reprinted in the M Master Deck Build Box Speed Style, released on August 7, 2015.
This card was reprinted in the Generations expansion with new artwork by Saya Tsuruta, first released in the Japanese PokéKyun Collection. The XY Promotional print was later included in the Japanese Mythical & Legendary Dream Shine Collection. A new print with artwork by Hajime Kusajima was included in the Steam Siege expansion, first released in the Japanese Cruel Traitor expansion. This print was reprinted in Japan in The Best of XY subset.
