MONGOLIAN STYLE TOFU 🌱 There are millions of tofu recipes out there, but I promise you, this one always hits the spot! 😮‍💨 RECIPE: (2 servings, 15min prep time) -200g tofu Cut in slices. -1 Tbsp corn starch -a pinch of salt Toss around. Fry in some oil until browned on each side. Remove from the pan. -2 scallions, slices -a thumbsize piece of ginger, minced -2 cloves garlic, minced -1/2 red chili Sauté for a few minutes. -2 Tbsp soy sauce q-2 Tbsp syrup or sugar -a splash of water Let it bubble for 3-4 mins. Add in the tofu & cook it until nice & glossy. Serve with rice & veggies.

Dumpling salad in 15 minutes
Here’s how to make it: 1 bag frozen dumplings (I’m using tofu & vegetable ones from bibigo) 4 tablespoons soy sauce 4 tablespoons vinegar (apple or rice) 4 tablespoons chilli oil 2 tablespoons sesame oil 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 tablespoon garlic, minced 1 tablespoons ginger, minced 250g mixed tomatoes, chopped 1 bunch of scallions (greens only) 1 small bunch of coriander, chopped 2 tablespoons sesame seeds Mix soy sauce, vinegar, chilli oil, sesame oil, sugar, garlic and ginger in a a small bowl. Slice the scallions lengthwise and add to cold water with the coriander. Fry the dumplings in a bit of oil until golden brown, add ¼ cup of water and steam with a lid for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, dumplings, greens and sesame seeds to a large bowl. Toss with the sauce!

RECIPE (1-2 servings, 5min prep time): -1 cucumber Cut in half, smash and cut in slices -1 clove garlic -a thumbsize piece of ginger -1 Tbsp tahini -1/2 Tbsp soy sauce -1 Tbsp maple syrup or sugar -2 Tsp vinegar -chili flakes and salt to taste Shake well and enjoy.
