If you have tuna, sardines, and anchovies in your pantry, you're partway to a meal.

Anchovy is key to proper flavour in the dressing - every self respecting restaurant uses it, so if you've had Caesar Salad out and loved it, you've eaten anchovies!Add chicken to make a meal, or serve it straight up the classic way.

My favourite big Italian salad. The homemade dressing is seriously tasty! The croutons and dusting of parmesan is the perfect finishing touch that everybody loves. Serve with pasta, a cosy lasagne or big tray of cannelloni. Lots of suggestions in the post!{No video today because I thought this was quite straight forward. Recipe video above. A substantial salad with a lemon marinated chicken, dressed with a dill lemon dressing with a touch of honey. You'll love how the dressing does double duty as the marinade! Bacon is optional - totally delicious without, but always fabulous with. Serves 2 as a meal, 4 as a side.
