I’m not kidding when I say I have these every day 🤤

You’ll need (9 servings):

4 bananas 
260g @forty__thieves peanut butter 
43g cocoa powder 
50g plant based protein (I use @musashinutrition vanilla) 
120g chocolate chips 
60g walnuts 

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 180 Celsius, line a baking tin win parchment paper. 

In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas, cocoa powder, protein powder and @forty__thieves peanut butter until combined. 

Stir in chocolate chips. 

Pour into tin, top with chopped walnuts and bake for 25 minutes. 

Remove from oven and let cool before serving. 

Cals: 372 per serving

Fats: 24g

Ingredients -
1 bowl - 230ml
oats - 1 bowl
almond - 1/4 bowl
Jaggery powder - 1/2 bowl
ghee or neutral oil - 1/4 bowl
curd - 1/4 bowl
Cocoa powder - 1/4 bowl
lemon juice - 1 tsp
baking powder - 1 tsp
baking soda - 1/2 tsp
milk - around 1/2 bowl or as required to get a thick but flowing consistency. 
Choco chips or walnut pieces - 2 tbsp 
Steps-
Grind oats and almonds into a fine powder.
Add all the ingredients and mix well.
Baking-
Oven - preheat and  bake it at 180 ° for 20 to 25 mins.
Kadai - preheat and bake it at medium ( 3 mins) to low flame for 20 to 25 mins or until it's done.

Recipe-
1 egg
1 Apple (about 5oz)
10g plain baking cocoa powder 
1-2 tsp baking powder (optional but likely helps it rise a bit more) 
1tbsp dark chocolate chips (I use get back to human brand. Has few ingredients no added sugar) 

Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Then allow to cool in fridge or freezer for about 5 mins (if you’re un patient like me to wait for it to cool at room temp)

Healthier Brownie Bites

Recipe
50g (1/2 cup) Oats
28g (1/4 cup) Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
A pinch of Salt
1 tbsp Coconut Oil/Avacado Oil/Olive Oil
60g (3.5 tbsp) Maple Syrup
105g ( 1/3 cup+ 2tbsp) Warm Milk

Dark Chocolate Chunks (Optional)

💪 Blend add the ingredients except chocolate chunks to have a batter
💪 Transfer into a cupcake tray lined with liners
💪 Add dark chocolate chunks on top if using
💪 Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 12-15mins until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
 💪 Cool, unmould & enjoy
