This Mexican Hot Chocolate Mix can be made 1 cup at a time. You may also scale up if you plan to serve this yumminess to a crowd.

This Mexican Hot Chocolate made with 100% unsweetened cocoa powder, cinnamon and a hint of chili will warm you up from the inside out!

Slow Cooker Mexican Hot Chocolate - 1T cocoa powder|⅓C hot water|4oz bittersweet chocolate|½can (7oz) sweetened condensed milk|1stick cinnamon (optional)|½t cinnamon|⅛t nutmeg|½t chili powder|4C milk - In a bowl, combine hot water & cocoa, stir. In slow cooker, put bittersweet chocolate, condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, chili powder, milk, along w/cocoa mix. Heat low 2hrs, stir every 30min or so. Serve warm w/marshmallows, whipped cream, chocolate syrup & chocolate shavings.
