In this project the researchers have thought of using text messaging in which the country's leading means of communication. The development of the project was guided by the Engineering Design Cycle of Dr. Allan Cheville in his book entitled "Rocket Engineering". It is one of the means of teaching strategies nowadays. Multimedia projectors have become one of the teaching tools the teacher cannot bear without it. The concept of making this tool to be interactive and easier to use was far conceived by the researcher. The researcher's objective was to develop such tool and evaluate it according to its portability, simplicity, robustness, user-friendliness, effectiveness and efficiency. The respondents of the project were both the students and teachers of Batangas State University ARASOF-Nasugbu. The researcher has developed different prototypes for the interactive pen and tested in different environment and demonstrated the "know-how" of the project. This paper is a proposal for possible solution on the fuel shortage in the market and global warming. It includes the lay-outing, designing and identifying components for the proposed project. Components of the Portable Self-Sustainable Electric Generator have been identified. The researcher came up with a final design with the components ’ configuration and specifications. Hopefully, the development of this project has been recommended.

This study was focused on biometric application for motorbikes and scooters. There are lot of motorbikes that we encountered every day, and carjacking and car napping is everywhere. This study was then conducted in order to apply more security and avoid unauthorized use of the motorbike. The primary purpose of this study is to explore the development of an electric engine starter into a fingerprint-based engine starter to upgrade and develop higher security in a vehicle especially on motorbikes and scooters that are widely used by students of the Batangas State University ARASOF Nasugbu. The research study focuses in the design and adaptability of the fingerprint engine starter to provide a security for motorbikes and scooters. The officers of the ROTC processes such as recording of all the information needed in order to perform the different functions of the system. Officers of the ROTC encounter difficulty in the recording of information and checking of attendance, computing of grades, retrieving and securing of all informationit is done through manual process. That is why the proponents proposed the topic entitled “SMART SYSTEM for BatStateU ARASOF - NASUGBU ROTC”. The researchers used the prototyping technique to develop the step by step process of the system.The researchers also used the Visual Studio 2008 as the developing tool and MySQL server as the database.This system include database of all information that is required in order to perform the function of the system. The user can print reports of grades and official list of the enrolled students and officers. Complete with full backup and restore feature, the system was also proven to be a helpful source of information. This can help future researchers especially the third year students who may opt to upgrade this proposed system. The documentation produced and the software developed by the researchers and can be used as guidelines or references for future researchers. After thorough analysis, evaluation and testing, this study was found to be a big help to the BatStateU ARASOF – Nasugbu ROTC in terms of convenience, accuracy, security and speed in retrieving of information of any student and officers that is registered in the system.The “Smart System for BatStateU ARASOF - Nasugbu ROTC” for the ROTC students and officers of the BatStateU ARASOF –Nasugbu can be considered for actual implementation for the benefit of the entire University.

The descriptive research design was used to establish the affective component of the target respondent. The researchers believed that projection of shadows or series of animated shadows can be a tool to elicit emotional arousal or response from individual when expose to shadow stimuli. Respondents were selected using the stratified random sampling method among high school students (N-131), and were assembled for 3-5 minutes visual presentation of a themed animated shadow using a projector device. The methods of teaching and instruction in the academe have become more advanced and sophisticate... more The methods of teaching and instruction in the academe have become more advanced and sophisticated since the advent of technology. The endless emergence of technology has made the researcher realize that he, too, can help in the improvement of teaching methodology in way that it will be more interesting. The study aimed to design, develop and evaluate a device which could be used in classroom discussions, presentations and reporting with the available technology in the market in terms of hardware and software. This study is a project development which followed the three stages such as, design, development and testing/evaluation. Three designs were drafted addressing the disadvantage of each; developed three prototypes out of those designs, and formulated a design algorithm for readily available software, which is iPen Suite. Through series of trials, the researcher identifies the best angle and distance to set up the project. First pen prototype can be set up at 30, 45, 60 degrees angles and at 2 and 3-meter distances. Second pen prototype and third pen prototype can be set up at 90 degrees angle and 2, 3 and 4-meter distances. There was no different in setting up the project in three tested environment; room, day and dim lights environment. The final product is accurate and smooth in 2meter distance, 60 and 75 degrees angle of the infrared camera in relation to the board and can be set up in day light, room light and dim light environment with no difference. The project is more secured compared to the existing presenter; it uses a much later technology, and has the capability to be used for an interactive presentation.
