Kelsey + Adam | Board Game Recommendations on Instagram: "Bookmark these quick rules! 🎴 How to Play Chase the Ace: 1️⃣ Goal: Don’t get stuck with the lowest card (Ace is the lowest)! 2️⃣ Setup: Everyone gets 1 card. Look at it but don’t show anyone! 3️⃣ Pass or Keep: On your turn, keep your card or trade with the next player. Got a King? You’re safe—it can’t be traded! 4️⃣ Last Player: The final player can swap with the deck if they want, but a King from the deck will still block the trade! 5️⃣ Reveal: Everyone flips their cards. Lowest card loses a life (or marker). 6️⃣ Game Over: Lose all your lives, you’re out. Last player standing wins! Simple, fast, and so much fun for game night! 🃏💥 #tabletopfamilycardgames"

Desiree Blanchard, M.H.K | Sensory & Play Ideas on Instagram: "🥳🎉🥳FUNFETTI PLAY DOUGH! This was so much fun and a fun activity to celebrate the New Year with kiddos! ✨FOLLOW✨ @lovebloomlearn for more easy play ideas! 🧚 To recreate, you need a container of funfetti icing - you can use vanilla as a substitute. Just add some sprinkles! We also added some foil flakes/glitter, which I think was a great add-on to make it sparkly and fun. You need 1 cup of icing and 4 cups of icing sugar. If your play dough is sticky at all, add more icing sugar. Mix it with your hands and knead until it’s no longer sticky. Smells heavenly! Add some cookie cutters. Store in the fridge in a tight seal bag or container for a few days! Have fun!🫶🏻💕 👶🏼👶🏽👶🏾This activity is recommended for toddlers+. Su

Jess | Pediatric Occupational Therapist on Instagram: "Want your house to sparkle for the holidays? Add some glitter like I did🫠! ❄️Comment SNOW if you want links to our animals and other fun sensory bin additions! We tested TWO ways to make play snow, and it kept my kids entertained for HOURS! ▫️Option 1: 2 cups baking soda + water (add a little at a time until you get the perfect snow-like texture, we used ~1/4 cup) ▫️Option 2: 1 cup baking soda + 1 cup cornstarch + water (same method) Option 1 was light and powdery, option 2 was chunkier and more crumbly, both were super moldable. My kids couldn’t pick a favorite, they actually set timers and switched every 15 minutes! ‼️Make it even better: ▫️Chill in the fridge or freezer for a cool, realistic feel! Cold sensory play can help ✨
