You guys know I LOVE making healthier versions of my favorite foods, and chicken nuggets are definitely at the top of my list (and my husbands!!) I have made them a few different ways in the past, but these almond flour chicken nuggets are my FAVORITE! They are so easy to make in one bowl (no messy dipping stations), and they are SO crispy and delicious! Bonus points because using almond flour also means they are gluten free, and low carb! I hope you enjoy 🫶 Ingredients: - 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast - 1/2 tbsp olive oil - 1/2 cup almond flour - 1 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp salt - olive oil spray How to: - Slice the chicken breast into 1-2 inch cube
