146K views · 3.2K reactions | Hi friends, I really love the way this wreath turned out! Hope you like it too. Enjoy! | By Create with D&L | Hi, everyone. It's Lynn. I am going to make a wreath today and I'm using a 14-inch wreath form from Dollar Tree and I cut some batting out around the wreath form but I left it a little bit larger and then I went around and I snipped a little slit at every crossbar on the inside and the outside and then, I added some hot glue and folded the batting right over the wreath form and you don't have to do this. If you have a Styrofoam wreath form, you can use that. I didn't have one I needed. So I did this just to make the wreath a little bit more rounded and give it a little bit of more fullness. Uh once I was done with that I took this flannel fabric that I got from a thrift store. And I started just by cutting that hemmed edge off. And then I cut it into two inch strips. And I do that just by cutting a little slit in the top and tearing the fabric down. And now I'm going to glue this all the way around the wreath form. And I just used hot glue and I glued one end down and just wrapped it around and then started the next one right where I left off. And I think these might have been placemats. I'm not really sure. But you don't have to use actual fabric. You can use a flannel shirt. You can use flannel pajamas. Um you can even use ribbon to do this if you find a plaid ribbon that you like. But in any case once I got finished putting all of the fabric around it. I embellish it. And I took these garlands that I got from Michael's, the berries and the pine cones. And I cut a few pieces off of that. And I also cut some branches off of some greenery picks from Dollar General. And I just arranged them on there together. Kind of making it sort of like a bouquet. And I left the stems long so I could take some floral wire and wrapped that around it. And then I made a second one. And a I wired them both onto the wreath form with that same floral wire. And then I just took wire clippers and I cut off all of those long stems. And I did go back in and add some more picks that had white berries on them. And then I just added a whole bunch of pine cones to the center. I like a big cluster. You could put a bow here if you want to. I just wanted to do something different. And I absolutely love the way this is turning out. And you could just it this way. It is a lot for the small wreath form. So if you're going to leave it just like this I would say put less florals on it. But I went heavy with the embellishments because I'm going to add it to another wreath. This was an old pine wreath that I was no longer using and I took some floral wire and I did wire the side that had all the embellishments on it because that is the heaviest side. And I did want to make sure it was secure. And then I secured the opposite side as well. And then I did have to remove some of the branches to get smaller wreath to fit inside the bigger wreath. So, I just went back around and replaced all of those and I think it turned out beautiful. It's going to look amazing on my front door and I think that the red flannel just gives it a beautiful pop of color but it keeps it rustic and natural and you can keep this one out all winter long. So, I really hope you like the project and I hope you give it a try. Don't forget, bounce our page around. Thanks for watching. Have a great day and we'll see you next time. Buh bye.

Today, I'm using a fourteen-inch wreath frame from Dollar Tree and ribbons from Amazon. I'm using five different styles of ribbon cutting strips of seven inches and I cut 18 strips of each pattern and these rolls that I'm using, each of them are six-yard rolls. After I cut all of the strips, I dovetail the ends of each of the pieces. I then am taking each ribbon one at a time and pinching them in the center and then holding that nice and tight in my hands and crisscrossing the ribbons I'm making 18 bundles three different alternating patterns of ribbons after I have the bundle filled in I take a pipe cleaner and wrap it around the center keeping it nice and tight and then twist it a few times leaving the remainder of the pipe cleaner on there After I have all the little bundles made, I take the wreath frame and flip it over and put one of the bundles upside down under it and then I'm twisting the pipe cleaner around that second ring in from the center. I then go to the third ring from the center and wrap another bundle around that one, the pipe cleaner around there and then I go back to that second ring from the center. And then I just keep alternating those different bundles around until I have the entire thing filled in. So you'll put three in each of those sections on the wreath frame for a total of eighteen. So that's what it looks like when it's all filled in. You can definitely leave it just how it is. It's really pretty just like that. But I wanted to add a nice big bow. I'm taking this ribbon and cutting three strips. That first one. The largest one is about 18 inches. The next one I just cut a little bit smaller. Maybe an inch and a half to two inches smaller. And then same with the third one. So they're three different sizes. One bigger than the next. And I'm hot gluing the ends of them together to make three loops. After they're glued together, I take the largest loop and making sure that that glued part is going to be in the center where I'm pinching it and then I take the next one and pinch that and kind of crisscross it into like an X and then do the same thing with the smallest one. So, it's the largest one in the back and the smallest one on the very front. I take a pipe cleaner and I wrap it around the center where I had them pinched. Leave the excess pipe cleaner on the back. Cut another strip of ribbon kind of twisted in the center of it. Add it in between the pipe cleaner as well as another pipe cleaner that will be used to attach to the frame. And fluff out the loops to fill in the bow and then I'm separating some of the bundles on the frame so I can access it and I'm pushing the pipe cleaner through those two center rings and you don't want to pull the pipe cleaner too tight because then it'll sit flush with the bundles I wanted it on top of the bundle so leave that pipe cleaner with a little bit of slack and then just flip it over fluff out the loops and cut the tails on the bow That is it for this project. Thank you so much for watching.

83K views · 2.2K reactions | Joy Door Hanger DIY | Joy Door Hanger | By We Craft Around | Hey, everybody. It's Beth. Today, I'm using this wood hanger and vinyl from Dollar Tree. I started by taping off the bottom section of the hanger and painting the top with black chalk paint by Waverly. I also painted the sides and the back of that completely. Next I take the vinyl and I'm cutting a section that's a little bit larger than the bottom section of the wood round. I then start by removing just a little bit of the backing all along the top where I'm placing that down on the unfinished part of the hanger. Smoothing that section out and then continue peeling the backing off smoothing it out as I went. I then flipped it over and used my razor blade to cut off any excess vinyl. Next I am taking these wooden letters I got from Amazon. They're 2 inches. I paint the front and sides of them with snow white chalk paint by Waverly. Once those are dry I take extreme glitter in the color hologram and brush on a coat of that on top. Next I am cutting strips of ribbon for a messy bow. Cut the strips about 7 inches. I used four different patterns and four of each pattern. I take a one and pinch it in the center and then hold that nice and tight in my hands kind of making an X with the ribbons and then just keep alternating the different patterns until I have it all the way filled in. Once I have the bow completed, I take some twine and wrap it around the center keeping that nice and tight and just wrap it around the whole thing a few times and then cut off the excess twine in the back. The open weave burlap ribbon I'm just kind of curling it with my fingers and then spreading apart the rest of the ribbons to fill it in and then add back on the hanger pushing the twine through to the front and tying a couple knots and then cutting off the excess. For the letters I wasn't sure how I wanted them to be placed. So at first I tried horizontal and then vertical to see what I liked better I ended up going with the vertical. You guys let me know what you think looks best. I wasn't really sure which way to do it. Once I had them set how I was going to do them I hack glued them into place and then hot glued the bow over on the top left of the hanger. And that is it for this project. Thank you so much for watching.

25K views · 905 reactions | Christmas Wreath DIY | I've seen a few of these and just had to make one! Christmas Wreath DIY | By We Craft Around | Hey, everybody. It's Beth. Today, I'm using a fourteen-inch wreath frame from Dollar Tree, chunky yarn from Walmart and ribbon from Amazon. I took the ribbon and hot glued it to the wired frame and this ribbon is two and a half inch wired ribbon. I then take the chunky yarn and hot glue that on top of the ribbon. I then start taking the yarn and wrapping it through the wired frame and around that ribbon. I ended up doing it four times wrapping it around four times. Then take the ribbon and flip it over so I can wrap the yarn underneath it. Right onto the wired frame. I do this four times. And then I take the ribbon again and push that over the yarn. And then go back and wrap it around four times over the ribbon. So I just continue this until I had the frame completely covered. Just four times around the frame and then four times on top of the in. Once I got just about to the end, I cut off the ribbon and then hot glued that down onto the yarn so it stayed into place and cutting off the excess. So this section will be a little bit larger than the rest but it'll be covered by a bow. So I just fill in the rest of that area with the yarn and then hot glue it in the back. Next, I'm making a bow. So, I take two different style ribbons. Again, the ribbon was from Amazon and I'm cutting strips about 16 or 17 inches. I cut three of each design so six total. I then make a loop. It's about nine inches and I hawk glue the two ends of the ribbon down so you'll have this loop that is glued into place with a longer tail. I do this to each of the six pieces of ribbon. I then take each piece and I bunch it where I had glued that loop and then I just keep them going in my hands, pinching them, and collecting them all together. And then take a pipe cleaner and wrap it around where I'm holding it. And pull that nice and tight and twist it. And wrap it around itself a few times leaving it long. And then open up all of the loops. And then set that aside because I realized I needed a hanger so I just take another piece of the yarn. Wrap a loop around that larger section of yarn on the top. And then hook glue it into place on the back. And then take the bow and put it where I'm going to want it to be set. And then push those pipe cleaners through the yarn to the back. Twist them a few times and cut off the excess. And then open up all of those loops and trim up the tails. That is it for this project. Thank you so much for watching.

Farmhouse Ribbon Wreath Tutorial | Farmhouse Ribbon Wreath Tutorial | By We Craft Around | Hey guys, it's Beth. Today I'll be making a Farmhouse Wreath using a 14 inch wreath frame from Dollar Tree. This welcome hanger from Dollar Tree as well as different style ribbons. What I did was took each different ribbon and cut them 8 inches. And I'll need 18 of each. You can do this with only four styles of ribbon. I went with five. Most of these are two and a half inches and they're wired. This burlap is three inches and not wired but the rest are. After I had all of my strips cut, I took each of the ribbons and fishtailed them. Next I take one ribbon at a time and pinch it in the center just like that. And then I take my next one. Pinch it in the center again. And just overlap them in my hands. Just crisscrossing them back and forth until you have all four or five different ribbons in your hand. And then what I did was took a piece of twine. Cut it probably about 12 inches. Wrapped it around where I'm holding it in the center of all of them. Twisted it just to make it easier to tie it. And tied it in a knot a couple times. And then I left the twine long. And then what I did was just alternated how I'm putting the ribbons together. So I'll have a different one on the front. And I did so I did two different styles. But you can do them all the same or switch them up and do several different variations of your ribbon stacked. So you'll have 18 bundles when you're all done. And to make the process easier I went ahead and trimmed up a bunch of twine ahead of time just so it's all cut. And then continue making your little bundles. So once the bundles are done, I take the ribbon, flip it upside down so your twine is in the back and you'll wrap it around the second ring from the center and cut the excess twine and then we'll be moving on to the ring next to that one. So the third ring from the center and you'll tie your bundle on that one. Just take that twine around that third ring and knot it a couple times and trim it up. And then we'll be moving on to the second ring. Again just wrapping your twine around that and tying it. And you'll have three bundles per section. So 18 total. And then you'll alternate. You'll have one on the inner ring, two on the outer. And then two on the inner ring, one on the outer. After you have it all filled in, just flip it over and fluff out your ribbons. You can leave it just like this. It is super pretty just as it is. I wanted to add a little welcome hanger. I took this little welcome hanger from Dollar Tree. Cut the hanger in half. Tied the ends of it with the tape that are close to the word so you don't get any paint on them. I painted the entire outer part with black chalk paint and I got Inside each of the letters. So it kind of gives it like a shadow effect. So all the outer edges were the black chalk paint. And then since some of the front got a little of the black chalk paint on them I took a baby wipe and kind of just blended that in so my colour on the front would all be the same. So I'll just go over that little bit of black. I then painted the front of it with Mineral Chalk Paint by Waverly and I gave that two coats. After it was all dry, I attached it by taking the hanger I had left on it and just cut it in half and put those pieces through the ribbon and onto the wreath frame. Flipped it around and just tied those off around the frame. And that is it. Super pretty and super easy. Thank you guys so much for watching.
