4 supersets:
Offset squats (5/side)
2 strict press + 3 push press per side

2 rounds:
suitcase lunge + knee drive (10-12/side)
rows (10/side)
3-way pushups (15ish)

To modify it, transition to the plank position instead of the bottom push up position.
