I am not lying when I say this is my FAVORITE recipe I’ve made so far! 🤤 INGREDIENTS: -1 tbsp butter -1 tbsp minced garlic -1 jalapeno seeded and chopped -1 cup unsweetened almond milk -1/4 cup heavy cream -3 oz cream cheese -1 4oz can green chilis -1 tsp chili powder -1 tsp cumin -1/2 tsp onion powder -1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -5 cups shredded chicken (I used a rotisserie) -1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping DIRECTIONS: -In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, add the garlic and jalapeno, and saute 30 secs -Add almond milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, undrained green chilis, spices and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Whisk mixture until smooth and cheese has melted. -Stir in shredded chicken and top with remaining cheese.
