The most important of them is the risk of possible losses in lending. Within the framework of the topic, the studies conducted by other researchers were investigated, from which it was concluded that machine learning tools are often used to optimally solve the above-mentioned problem. Real data on credits were used as a basis for modeling in the work. In this work, based on the available data, several machine learning models were developed, from which the best one was selected, which can contribute to the improvement of the credit risk management process. During the work, the logical connections between data and their interaction with each other were revealed. Then, based on the work done, the appropriate models were built, the quality of which was checked using various tools. The obtained models were compared and the best one was selected. The obtained results are practically applicable and show that each bank and credit organization can develop a better solution based on the large databases they have, which will contribute to curbing credit risk and reducing costs.

This study assesses differences in the nutritional quality of at-home food purchases, using the Healthy Eating Index (HEI)-2015 and its components, among households with and without a member reporting type 2 diabetes (T2D), cardiovascular disease (CVD), obesity, and/or smoking. We use the 2015 IRI Consumer Network nationally representative household food purchase scanner data, combined with the IRI MedProfiler and the USDA’s Purchase-to-Plate Crosswalk datasets. For each/multiple condition(s), the difference in mean HEI score adjusted for covariates is tested for equivalence with the respective score against households without any member with the condition(s). The HEI score is higher for households without a member with reported T2D (2.4% higher), CVD (3.2%), obesity (3.3%), none of the three conditions (6.1%, vs. all three conditions), and smoking (10.5%) than for those with a member with the ...

In particular, the share of the mining industry in the economic performance of Syunik region differs significantly from other regions, as a result of which the structural indicators of the economy of the region are practically not compared with other regions in the same context. The features of Vayots Dzor are due, first of all, to the infrastructural connection with Syunik region (Iran-Armenia highway, gas and electricity supply systems), as well as the new situation that has developed around the eastern borders. Commonalities both in terms of infrastructure and eastern borders are important factors for an integrated consideration of the development plans and conceptual approaches of these areas.

In Chapter 2, two different empirical analyses are performed: 1) tests for weak separability in an Exact Affine Stone Index (EASI) milk demand system that includes dairy and nondairy milks; 2) tests of aggregability of dairy and nondairy milk products in the context of demand analysis by implementing an empirical test based on the Generalized Composite Commodity Theorem (GCCT). We use a revealed-preference approach and point-of-sale weekly scanner data of dairy and nondairy milk products' sales from 2012 to 2017. To our knowledge, this is the first study to implement weak separability tests for the linear-approximate EASI model. The goal of Chapter 3 is to estimate how much consumers value the "milk" label on nondairy milks, and, as a result, how much producers of nondairy ...

Effective management of the investment process ensures sustainable economic growth and development. The investment potential of any country or region is influenced by a number of favorable or unfavorable factors, from which the most significant indicators of economic development of the observed marzes have been singled out. Based on them, the investment potential of Vayots Dzor and Syunik marzes of the RA was assessed using machine learning methods, comparing it with the same potential of other marzes of the RA.
