That's the new challenge over at Less is More. I chose a bokeh effect for my card. For it I applied Distress inks through a mask and then White Lawn Fawn Ink through the dotted circle stencil from Simon Says Stamp. I had this fairy from Joy! Crafts in my ready coloured stash so I used her as my image. The sentiment is from My Favorite Things' Bitty Birthday Wishes.
