This is climbing Chinese star jasmine, aka confederate jasmine or Trachelospermum jasminoides. They need a wire structure to climb on and twine around. On a large pattern – install double wires for a strong line; in a smaller pattern, it’s ok to install single wires. I also often see this mistake: the wires need to be set off 100mm from the wall, using standoffs, so the jasmines can twine freely around the wires, in an anticlockwise direction. If the wires are set too close to the wall, the jasmines can’t do their thing + decaying debris accumulates, which attracts insects like scale. So set them off the wall, and let them twine freely 😊
