This work studies how 16 bit quantization compared to integer approximation of node value, can reduce the mean square error on average consensus building by gossip algorithm using digital (quantized) communication. Moreover, we propose an efficient data transfer method for that the network reaches to consensus and saves significant amount of bandwidth. At the same time, the speed of convergence is estimated.

The lipooligosaccharide (LOS) of *C. jejuni* has been reported as an important determinant to develop GBS. **Objective**: This study aimed to investigate the association of *C. jejuni* LOS classes with GBS and enteritis patients and healthy controls in Bangladesh. **Method**: We studied 30 *C. jejuni* strains from GBS patients, 152 from enteritis patients and 215 from healthy control in Bangladesh. All strains were analyzed by PCR for 14 LOS classes (A-S). **Results**: A total of 314/397 (79%) *C. jejuni* strains assigned to different LOS classes. LOS class A was significantly associated with GBS-associated strains compared to enteritis patients (47% vs 3%, p <0.01) and healthy controls (47% vs 7%, p <0.01). LOS Class B was frequent in GBS (50%), enteritis patients (40%) and healthy controls (53%). LOS class E was identified more frequently in enteritis patients compared to healthy controls (16% and 8% respectively). A total of 28 (7%) *C. jejuni* either from enteritis or healthy controls belonged to one of the following classes D, I, Q, K, N, F, J, or S. Two strains from enteritis patients had LOS class N and two from healthy control had LOS class S, J or F. **Conclusion**: Our study identified LOS class A being responsible for the induction of GBS; however, further effort is warranted for proper classification of the strains which could not be typed by the existing LOS classification scheme.

Management is a business function that has been entrusted with providing leadership support to organisations' resources to realise strategic goals and objectives. In contemporary management, however, another function of leadership has been realised which is governance. Experts have identified that while the two have distinctive responsibilities, collaboration can be effective in realising value for the stakeholders. The paper has examined governance and management from an explicit perspective and then identified the boundaries, connections, and issues between them. The study has found out that although the management and governance have differed in responsibilities to the organisation, they both are responsible for leadership. Notably, however, it has also been identified that since it is the role of the governing body to monitor and guide the management, management issues such as impression management arise. The paper has adopted the content analysis research design which involves studying literature and identifying patterns to draw a conclusion. Literature research related to the two key words; management and governance.

There are differences in philosophy behind the various alternatives and no progress was made towards the adoption of a uniform terminology. An attempt has been made to use a consistent terminology throughout this report, but alternative names are widely used for CFC: in vitro CFC and CFU-C. Similarly, granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is also referred to in the literature as colony stimulating activity (CSA) and macrophage/granulocyte inducing factor (MGI).

High penetration of these vehicles leads to some challenges for the future power system. Specifically, utilizing them in an unscheduled manner will result in distribution network technical issues such as reliability issues, congestion and loss enhancement. In this paper, firstly, a probabilistic modeling of EVs' behavior is achieved. Secondly, reliability-constraint optimum allocation of EVs' parking lots is proposed. To achieve this purpose, a composite objective function is defined. This function contains three significant distribution network reliability indices and used to allocate parking lots by means of enhancing reliability. Finally, the proposed method is implemented on a standard distribution system for RBTS bus 2.

Perfusion fluid plays a vital role in this matter. As in many other developing countries, perfusion fluid is not readily available and is costly. Alternatively, the commonly used Hartmann&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;s solution does not have preservation quality. Hence, to meet the demand, a modified perfusion fluid was prepared following standard preservative flush principles. Hartmann&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;s solution was modified by adding potassium chloride, magnesium sulfate, mannitol, dexamethasone, and insulin. The whole process was performed under aseptic conditions. The final composition was a hypertonic solution similar to Marshall&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;s solution. Upon use in 14 renal transplantation operations we observed the modified solution to be protective for kidney storage for more than 4 hours, namely, a mean cold ischemia time of 187.50 +/- 30.58 minutes (range 156-254 minutes). There was no apparent deterioration in posttransplantation graft function. All 14 grafts worked from the operative day with a mean creatinine reduction rate in the first 24 hours of 198.90 +/- 46.12 mumol/L and mean serum creatinine level at 21 days of 138.70 +/- 16.16 mumol/L. These results were not significantly different from those achieved with Collin&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#39;s solution. A modified perfusion fluid was effective, cheaper, and easy to prepare; therefore it is suitable for transplantation in developing countries.

Our theoretical work is informed by three streams of research: aesthetics of production, aesthetics of reception and aesthetic labor. These three converge to illuminate our study. Using the ZMET technique, we uncover four themes: fashion as wearable art, body and self-identity, bodily appearance and high fashion brands, and aesthetic labor through fashion. Our focus on the aesthetics of fashion and identity formation provides a segue into the broader discussion of the growing importance of aesthetics in understanding consumer behavior.

Based on the accounting ecology framework developed by Gernon and Wallace (1995) and interviewing selected key stakeholders, it critically examines issues related to the adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in Nepal. It contributes to the literature by examining issues associated with the adoption of IFRS in a non-colonized developing country. This study finds that the decision to adopt IFRS in Nepal is not driven by the needs of local organizations and is rather imposed by donor organizations such as the Asian Development Bank, International Monetary Fund and World Bank. The findings of this study provide evidence that the adoption of IFRS is likely to be problematic due to the country's contextual environment. Specifically, there is a severe lack of qualified accountants in Nepal and the accounting profession is not ready to adopt IFRS. The study also finds that social problems such as widespread corruption and fraud are likely to cause problems for the adoption of IFRS.

Thin nitride films are expected to be good diffusion barrier in microelectronic devices. Nitrogen diffuses into the whole thickness of the molybdenum film heated at low temperature and exposed to expanding plasma of (Ar-N 2-H 2) compared with pure N 2 plasma. NH x species in the plasma are produced by different homogeneous or heterogeneous reactive mechanisms that results in an expansion of the plasma compared with pure N 2 plasma. NH x species and probably H atoms improve the transfer of nitrogen into the metal by preventing the formation of MoO 2 oxides which act as a barrier of diffusion for nitrogen.
