Comprehensible and simple text with suitable sentence structure, which helps to convey the message to the readers, is the most valuable point of the book. The book's contents, beginning with the introduction of basic concepts, definitions, and foundations and gradually leading to specialized and applied content and ultimately to the effects of the environment, including culture, rules, and policymakers on media performance, indicate a desirable order and logical relevance of the book's contents. There are some writing problems in Persian grammar due to the poor technical performance of the publisher and the book's editor. One of the most important aspects of active aging is physical activity participation. This study sought to identify the challenges and strategies for promoting exercise in the elderly using a goal-based strategic marketing model. This study is applied in terms of purpose. This qualitative research used thematic analysis to analyze the data. The statistical population of this study was people specializing in different university majors (i.e., physical education, urban planning, psychology, social sciences and medicine). The subjects were selected through the purposive snowball sampling method. The saturation criteria was a concept that was achieved after 11 interviews. The four final categories identified were individual, societal, program-based / governance, and environmental challenges. Individual challenges refer to all kinds of physical disabilities and diseases, all kinds of mental problems, fears and feelings of loneliness. Social challenges indicate a lack of knowledge of team sports and social exclusion. Program / governance challenges, non-practical strategies of institutions, environmental challenges emphasize the non-standard nature of places and shortcomings of the urban environment. Based on the goal-oriented strategic marketing model, the necessity of adopting four main strategies has been emphasized: grounding, audience analysis, social system analysis, and policy coordination. Therefore, the need for macro-management strategies to promote sports for the elderly will be effective from several perspectives, including improving their social and personal status and reducing the heavy costs of treatment for the government.

The study's population (N= 8000), which included world elite athletes and sports celebrities, were selected using ESPN Sports Celebrity Ratings, the Olympic and Paralympic Games and Youth Olympics websites, and the websites of the National Olympic Committees from 205 countries The sample size included 367 individuals according to Krejcie and Morgan's sample size determination table and thus, to prevent a drop in the number of samples, 400 athletes were randomly selected using the quota sampling method. All athletes' pages on the Instagram were examined using thematic analysis technique. Therefore, 511 pages were reviewed from January 21 to April 19, 2020, and a total of 2315 messages were analyzed. The findings showed that athletes were active in Instagram in five roles including sports coach, lifestyle coach, social skills coach, health coach, and silent observers. By identifying how athletes affect the corona crisis, we can plan for the future strategy of organizations to exploit the athletes' potential to influence the behavior of society.
