Globally, educators and the Education Ministries keep updating and adapting instructional innovations to make teaching more effective, learning more inclusive and instructional strategies differentiated and more efficient. Technological advancements continue to dictate and drive these changes. Educators are being increasingly challenged to migrate and design contents and learning models to help digital native students engage with their learning in deep, and rich textual interactive ways. This perspective paper reviews the Hybrid and the Blended Instructional Methods, (H&BIM). It recommends strategies and migration objectives, from traditional instructional model to a more efficient, flexible and interactive learning models. Research have shown that blended learning models can, indeed, afford innovative and effective ways to enhance students success, and as well provide them needed control over their learnings.

Mostly not serious researches have been published on effects of seats arrangement on cognition, lesson delivery and classroom control. These are part of the contribution made by this article as it review, reflect and offer practical perspectives on three popular student seats arrangements: the traditional long rows (with variants including stadium or lecture theatre design , paired seat rows by columns arrangement, etc.), the U-shape or horseshoe design and the pod-community sitting design. This include principles that educators can consider in choosing arrangements most appropriate for learning and realizing the content and Instructional objectives. Literatures were explored, and from teaching experience, a balance between instructional objectives, class characteristics and diversity, and cost affordable to the school is sugge...

TeX is a typesetting language developed by Donald E. Kunth, today’s worldwide de facto standard for high quality document typesetting. LateX is a Tex based typesetting system and collection of macros for document compilation and publication - not a word processor. MiKTeX is a compiler and an Windows O/S based TeX/LaTeX distributions. The purpose of this read is to clear the confusion and give a comprehensive introduction to the World of LaTeX, hence provide information and technical bases for anyone, authors including academias to choose between LaTeX/Tex distributions to install given the features of the offered LaTeX engines and Compilers needed by ...

TeX is a macro typesetting language developed by Donald E. Knuth, and today’s worldwide de facto standard for high-quality digital document typesetting for writers/authors in the academics and publishers of journals and books, including Elsevier, PlosOne, JSON and Nature Springer. LateX and ConTeXt are the two main evolution and revolutionary development 'on top of TeX'. LaTeX is an extension of TeX typesetting macro created by Leslie Lamport, with addition of standard packages and features for plain-tex contents using markup language syntax. It is a free document typesetting and processing system for creating high quality rich document format. That is, outputs in device transferable formats (DVI, PDF, HTML, etc) suitable for websites and submission to journals, academic institutions and publishers for ultimate publication. It is in principle and editing style different from a Word Processor, to encourage and enable authors concentrate more on writing rich contents, leaving document design to expert document designers. MiKTeX is a modern TeX distribution for Microsoft Windows, Linux and macOS, while TexStudio (likewise TeXnicenter) are GUI TeX document editors. This article clears the confusion and give a comprehensive introduction to anyone, (authors including academics) to choose between TeX/LaTeX distributions and editors to install given offered particular feature advantages, the particular of the users' academic field and level of productivity on their project, report or document.

N. et al (2017), Entrepreneurship development has been gradually corresponding with the development of the human race and it has reinforced the emergence, and growth of small and medium scale businesses in Nigeria. This paper narrates, establish and discuss the evolution of Entrepreneurship from the pre-colonial time, to post independence period of Nigerian history. Its nature and impact were examined via literature reviews. It concluded that today's enterprises and entrepreneurship evolve not just through imitating developed countries' technology, monetary and product market and ICT supported enterprises but also by the deliberate Government intervention and her highly technical policies, also effective economic restructuring. Nigeria's evolved intrinsic and vogue, out of the need for individuals to innovate and survive in a harsh economy, in a nation threatened with poverty, and shortages of white collar job. The Government structural and fiscal policies also strategic interventions has helped in developing the four key stages of entrepreneurship and has boosted the average Nigerian self-reliant efforts, the foreign flow of investment, funding and the growth of small and medium scale businesses in Nigeria. Interesting is the growing formal women enterprise and big time middle women entrepreneurs against the old subsistent petty retailers, market hair weaving and food-stock/items selling Women. Indeed, Entrepreneurship, blended in cultural and ethnic compensation system, is a panacea to graduate unemployment and solution to the high need for specialized services, product distribution, also technical, basic food, health and service needs of an exponentially growing nation.
